HM-QT1 is a handheld fluorometer for fluorescence-based nucleic acid and protein concentration measurement. It measures one sample at a time with dual-color optics and a 5-inch touchscreen. Sample input is 1–20 μL, used with the appropriate fluorescence assay reagents. Use it to assess nucleic acid input for sequencing library preparation and concentration checks in PCR research workflows.
