Technical principle: Accurate identification at the DNA level

The authentic meat detector is based on real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (polymerase chain reaction) technology, which achieves precise identification of different meat derived components through specific primers and fluorescent probes. The core technical process includes:

1.Sample pretreatment

Homogenize the meat sample to be tested

Using commercial DNA extraction kits to extract total DNA from samples

2.PCR amplification and real-time detection
