Product Overview
The HM-ZX01 from HM Instruments is an automatic microplate washer for the washing stage of enzyme immunoassay workflows. It dispenses wash liquid and aspirates liquid from microplate wells, with full-plate and selected-strip modes for different batch sizes.
A large LCD and menu controls provide access to wash programs. The single wash-liquid channel suits workflows using one wash solution, while 8- or 12-needle wash heads accommodate the selected plate-washing arrangement. Two-point aspiration and bottom rinsing help remove liquid from wells before the next assay step.

Applications
Use this washer for programmed washing of microplates in enzyme immunoassay procedures. Full-plate mode supports complete batches; selected-strip mode allows only the required strips to be washed. Flat-, U- and V-bottom plates are supported.
Set wash cycles, soaking, shaking and aspiration to match the assay procedure and the plate in use. Optical measurement is performed with a separate microplate reader after the required assay steps.

Operation and Support
Select a stored program or define the washing sequence for the assay. Choose the required strips and cycles, set soaking and shaking as needed, and arrange pipeline rinsing as part of the washing workflow.
How does this model differ from HM-ZX02?
HM-ZX01 uses LCD menu operation and one wash-liquid channel. HM-ZX02 provides touchscreen operation, automatic pipeline rinsing and optional multi-liquid expansion. The models also differ in program storage and shaking-time settings.
Is the overflow sensor included?
The residual/waste-liquid overflow level sensor is an optional item for HM-ZX01. Specify whether this option is required when requesting a configuration.
