Working principle:
The real and fake meat detector uses real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR technology to detect and amplify DNA in meat samples using specific primers and probes.

1. Sample preparation: Homogenize the meat sample and extract DNA.
2. PCR reaction: Specific primers, probes, and sample DNA are added to the reaction tube and placed in a detector for PCR amplification.
3. Real time detection: During the PCR amplification process, the instrument monitors the DNA amplification status in real time through fluorescence signals and generates amplification curves.
4. Data analysis: Based on the fluorescence signal intensity and amplification curve, determine whether the sample contains specific DNA sequences to determine the authenticity of meat.
